  • "Faithful, Not Safe" (Acts 6:8-15) January 04, 2026

In Acts 6:8–15, Stephen faithfully serves God and boldly bears witness to Jesus—only to be misunderstood, falsely accused, and opposed. Yet even in the face of hostility, Stephen is filled with grace, wisdom, and the visible presence of God. This passage reminds us that faithfulness to Jesus does not always lead to safety, but it always leads to God’s presence. When obedience is costly and truth is resisted, God empowers His people to stand with courage, grace, and unwavering trust in Him.

  • "Christmas for the Attentive" (Luke 2:22-38) December 21, 2025
    Dec 21 2025

In Luke 2:22–38, Simeon and Anna recognize Jesus when so many others miss Him—not because of spectacle, but because they are attentive, faithful, and deeply formed by waiting on God.

In this message, Pastor Sam reminds us that God often reveals Himself quietly to those who draw near, listen closely, and remain faithful over time. Christmas invites us not just to wonder at Jesus’ arrival, but to live attentively and bear witness to the Good News in the ordinary moments of life.
