Today we had a special guest Kayla Tychsen. She is a Certified Conscious Parenting Coach. Specializes in helping millennial moms find more confidence, connection and joy in parenting. She uses an Interpersonal Neurobiology approach to parenting - a holistic approach that focuses on the connection of the body and mind in the context of relationships. Most “behavior issues” in children actually stem from deeper roots that when addressed can often resolve the behavior. She helps parents get curious, assess empathy, act with compassion, increase connection with their children, and regulate nervous systems (both their own and their children's).
