Host Libby O'Leary interviews Athens Drive XC and Track runner Noah Valyo. Noah is the current NC 4A XC champ. The NC State commit holds numerous school records including the 5K & 3K in XC and the 3200, 1600, & 800 in Outdoor Track. He is NC's Gatorade Runner of the Year.
