About this listen

Dalia is a podcast told in chapters—each one shaped by faith in God, His Word, and the blood of Jesus Christ.

What began as The One Proposal has grown into Appointed Time, reflecting the way God leads His people through appointed seasons. Between these chapters, Ebenezer episodes mark moments of remembrance—testimonies of how the Lord has helped along the way.

This podcast is a place to dig into Scripture—to learn what is written, to build faith in His promises, and to trust that what God has spoken will come to pass—at the appointed time.

  • Your Earth Was Created to Be Married
    Feb 20 2026

In this episode, I walk through a revelation that changed the way I see myself. When Jesus said, “Thy will be done in earth,” He was speaking of us — the ground where His Word is planted (Matthew 6:10).

We explore how seedtime and harvest work spiritually, why some ground becomes desolate, and what Scripture teaches about tending, guarding, watering, and preparing the heart so it can bear fruit.

And then we look at God’s promise in Isaiah 62:4: “Your land shall be married.”
Your earth was not created to stay barren or forsaken — it was created to be fruitful, tended, delighted in, and yes… married.

If our earth is prepared, tilled, sown with the Word, watered, guarded, and given time — it cannot remain desolate.

Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, Lord.

  • Arise, Pour, and Marry
    Feb 13 2026

In this episode, I walk through Isaiah 32 — a chapter my Bible titles “Desolation is Foretold.” Desolation means alone… loneliness. But loneliness does not have to be our final outcome.

Isaiah 32 reveals a prophetic pattern: desolation, devastation — and then divine reversal. Everything changes at one word: until.

“Until the Spirit is poured upon us from on high…”

I trace this pouring throughout Scripture — in Acts, where the Holy Spirit is poured out; in Matthew 25, where the virgins arise at the midnight cry; and in 2 Kings 4, where the widow pours the oil. Scripture confirms Scripture. The pouring turns everything around.

I talk about complacency — what it is, what it costs, and how easy it is to drift into it when marriage feels delayed. I share honestly about moments in my own journey when I felt so close to marriage, but it was almost like I missed it — like the door had been shut.

This is the cost of spiritual complacency.

    But there is a shift.

When the Spirit is poured out, the rivers within begin to flow. And when the rivers flow, devastation turns. The wilderness ends.

Isaiah 32 doesn’t end in desolation — it ends in peaceable homes, secure dwellings, and covenant stability.

    No more slumber.
    No more complacency.
    It’s time to arise.

  • Idols: Is This What’s Really Keeping You From Marriage?
    Feb 7 2026

For years, I carried quiet questions in my heart: “Am I single because I made marriage an idol?” Maybe you’ve wondered the same thing.

In this raw and deeply scriptural episode, I share the journey few talk about — the wilderness of singleness, the silence of God, and the sting of watching others move into marriage even when they weren’t doing things “the right way.”

I revisit the familiar accusation that my desire for a husband was an idol, and then I share what changed everything for me: a fresh look at Ezekiel 20:16. This passage exposes what idolatry really is — not a longing in the heart, but a heart that goes after something in disobedience to God’s Word.

Through Scripture, personal testimony, and Holy Spirit clarity, I walk through:

    • the difference between desire and idolatry
    • what Ezekiel 20:16 actually teaches
    • how Proverbs 23:7 connects thoughts to behavior
    • why Deuteronomy 8:2 reframes the wilderness season
    • how obedience proves your desire isn’t an idol

If you’ve remained single out of obedience, listened to the still small voice, turned down opportunities, or refused to force something you could have made happen — this episode is for you.
