This is the second episode of "Dealing with Death and the Lessons We Learn."  Coach John wraps up his conversation with Coach Dave and then they reverse roles as Coach John is in the hot seat as he discusses his losses, adversities, and other difficulties he's experienced in life and how he was he could find lessons and joy within them.

Main discussion was Coach John losing his father in law through a seven year battle with Alzheimer's.  Other discussions led to childhood friends' losing their parents.  Furthermore, Coach John's retirement from education is discussed and how he plans to use the extra time to spend with family and friends.
