Dr. Marcus Chanay, a native of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, who has over 30 years of academic and executive leadership experience in both the education and business arenas. Dr. Chanay is currently the President of the College of Health Services and Careers, a private, faith-based allied health school that educates students for health care professions.
