With us today, we have Dot Lung. A proclaimed "Mother of Social Media Dragons." A title earned from traveling and learning how best to create a high-standing in the Social-Media world. 

Through her various experiences and her "addiction" to social media, Dot has garnered a lot of insight into how to "hack the algorithm" for Instagram and Facebook. Over time, she has refined this method into, what she calls, the Dragons Formula. 

The formula (D.R.A.G.O.N.) is an acronym that will serve as a guide to achieving a better experience, as you create content for social media. 

Today, Dot has graciously agreed to share this formula with us on our debut-episode. Take notes, as we not only talk about the formula but get really real about our own life experiences.

In this episode, the trio sit down and discuss the ever-dreaded "imposter syndrome."

We look at the definitions and explanations of the syndrome, as well as discuss how we have individually felt like an "imposter" in our respective fields. There are ways of tackling this, and we touch on a few of them. For now, we hope to mainly start the conversation and make people aware that this is something we all need to talk about.
