    Most companies have is they simply have a website that does not work. And what I meant by that, is that they have a website that does not convert qualified traffic into sales or clients.
    The number one reason why companies aren't able to get qualified traffic to convert is because they're neglecting lead nurturing. 
    We've been doing this over 21 years and it's probably one of the most glaring errors that we find. And we also find that very few clients of ours or potential customers of ours have a formal process to generate leads, nurture leads into clients and then convert those clients into either sales or brand ambassadors,  are going to bring more and more referrals back to your business.
