Vincent Osborne is a trailblazing creative force whose career spans acting, television, entrepreneurship and classical music. Beginning as an actor, he went on to create the first Black soap opera on BBC 2, breaking new ground in representation on British screens. His passion for amplifying diverse voices has since led him to champion the arts through the Black British Classical Foundation, where he serves as Artistic Director.

Among his notable achievements, Vincent has been recognised for his pioneering work in opening doors for underrepresented talent and reshaping the cultural landscape. Today, he continues to drive change and foster excellence, bringing together heritage, community, and artistry on global stages.

Robin Lockhart is a renowned expert in disrupting narratives and cultivating connection and self-recognition of strength. This expertise in prompting rapid shifts in perspective has been honed during 20 years working with youth and communities in challenging circumstances, during which he has developed an outstanding reputation.

Amongst his international awards and accolades he was recognised as one of the BBC 100 Londoners in the centenary celebrations (2022), and awarded both European and Global Youth Worker of The Year by the Commonwealth Secretariat, and now serves as Commonwealth Youth Work Ambassador.
