    In this episode, Jess will be speaking to Steve Butler. They discuss his story from growing up in the New Forest on the South Coast of England,  starting his career at 18 as an office junior in a life assurance company with no university degree to founding data and analytics firm CAMRADATA and his most recent role as the CEO of Punter Southall Aspire. Steve is a campaigner for developing an inclusive culture in the workplace, regularly writing and speaking on intergenerational working, retirement and older worker business management issues and they discuss this in more detail as well as his most recent book – The Diversity Project: Accelerating progress towards an inclusive culture in the investment and savings industry. 

    Steve is an experienced SME business leader, chartered manager, academic researcher and business author. In recognition of excellence in leadership, he has recently been invited to join the select group of the best leaders in the UK as a Chartered Companion of the Chartered Management Institute.
