  • Case #039 - Damien Nettles
    Jan 20 2026

Welcome to Episode Thirty-Nine of Do You Dare?

Tune in this week for the case that’s not only been our most requested but also took place where the hosts grew up.

    (Trigger warnings: Drugs.)

In this episode Em covers the disappearance of Damien Nettles that took place on the Isle of Wight back in 1996 when he was only sixteen years old.

Follow along with us as we weed through a mishandled investigation, a heap of speculation and a case that for the Isle of Wight, and your two hosts who are from there, became the subject of local lore that to this day leaves everyone who’s heard of Damien’s story with more questions than answers.

Thanks to everyone who has joined us for this week's case and we hope to see you back next episode when Cian takes on one of the most current cases we’ve covered so far.
