In this episode we are joined by Josh Marsh, Head of Football Operations at Swansea City.
Josh joined us in December 2022 for a conversation about his first six months in the role, what he sees as being done well and where he would like to improve, and how the process of transfers works within the club.
Josh also talked to us about his career journey, firstly as a Youth Team player at Wrexham, before moving into Scouting and later Recruitment & Player Management.
