You would think postpartum is the period of realigning mental, emotional, and hormonal changes to their new norm while of course being sleep deprived and constantly needed by another. But the oldest baby is now 3 and I’m still experiencing various issues caused by the shape shifting task of carrying and delivering a whole human.
