Recent events have gotten me thinking more about the meaning of neutrality than I normally would.

It’s so easy for our brain to spiral into darkness, fear, sadness or other unpleasant emotions.

So, how do we bring it back to a neutral zone as soon as possible (if we’re ready) so we can do life?

One thing I know for sure is… life will always throw us curveballs from time to time… be it sickness or troubles of all sorts.

Here are some things I find helpful:

* It’s ok to be/feel negative emotions… fighting them too much may be the worse things we can do.

* It’s always been this way

* It’ll always be this way… more or less

* Refocus on all the beauty and good in your life

* Sometimes we have it wrong… our imagination at its best (like maybe the next four years won’t be as bad as many of us think)
