年末年始、めでたい時間に食べたくなる料理のひとつが「鯛飯」。日本の食文化らしい祝いの一皿です。広島・鞆の浦は、江戸時代から鯛の名産地として知られる場所。頼山陽の父、頼春水が記した鯛飯のレシピも、この地で獲れた鯛を用いるものでした。そして、その鯛飯に合わせたい酒として名を挙げられるのが、兵庫の銘酒「剣菱」。瀬戸内の明るい空の下、食と酒と歴史が静かにつながる、広島の一夜です。
