    Sep 22 2025

Hey angels, while I'm still on a break I had to revisit this episode with you all, it's a powerful one! <3 sending you sm love xx

You guys always tell me you love a good story time, and today, I’ve got one that still makes my skin crawl!!

I’m pulling back the curtain on what really went down behind the scenes in the glamour modelling world – exposing seedy photographers, how I landed my first cover, and a story I’ve never shared before… one that could have completely changed my life if things had played out differently.

So grab your matcha (or a spicy marg), get comfy, and buckle up – because this one is straight out of a fever dream.

  • REPLAY: Living with Borderline Personality Disorder: Keneshia Prefumo's Story
    Sep 15 2025

Content Warning: This episode discusses sensitive topics, including suicide.

Hey my loves — yes, I’m still on a break, working hard to get the pod back in your ears ASAP. But while I do, I had to bring back this conversation — one of my favourite guest episodes to date. There’s so much to take away from this deeply personal chat, and I hope you love it as much as I do. 💗

Joining me today is one of the strongest women I know… my best friend, Keneshia.

Keneshia gets brutally honest about her life with borderline personality disorder (BPD) and the chaos that came with it.

From being bullied so badly she had to leave school, to navigating toxic relationships, sex work, and eventually rebuilding both herself and her business from the ground up — her story is one you need to hear.

    In this episode you’ll hear:

•What living with BPD really feels like (the highs AND the lows)

•How bullying pushed Keneshia to her breaking point, and why leaving school saved her life

•Why she was engaged at 17 and almost a divorcee before 19

•What happened when she went cold turkey on all her meds

•Her advice for breaking free from toxic cycles and rebuilding your life 💕

  • REPLAY: Losing My License Was Just the Start... My ADHD Journey
    Sep 8 2025

Hi my loves, while I’m still on a short break, I wanted to bring this episode back because it struck a chord with so many of you — and it was the first time I ever opened up about my experience with ADHD.

Getting diagnosed as an adult changed everything for me, but it also hit hard. Nobody really talks about the grief you go through when you realise how different life could have been if someone had just noticed earlier.

In this episode, I talk about the teachers who failed me, the time I got my license suspended and my car impounded (lol), and the GP who bluntly told me I “definitely had ADHD” in the most hostile way possible. I also share how my cycle makes my symptoms 10x worse during my period and what I’ve learned to do about it.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re navigating ADHD on your own, or you’re wondering if this might be what you’re dealing with too, I hope this episode gives you some clarity and connection.

I’ll also share how I finally got diagnosed, and the handy little hack that saved me months of waiting!
