Did you know that getting discouraged can sometimes be habitual? I recently realized this when I discovered that I get super discouraged whenever I leave the house to go somewhere because I’d become so aware of how messy it was. In days past I would think I just needed to work harder on cleaning up as I was headed out the door…but this time I tried something totally different and guess what! IT WORKED!! I now have a different way of approaching my negative thoughts and I want to share my story/success/and system with you so that you can turn ANY negative thought into positive action!!
