This podcast episode delves into how trauma presents in adult relationships, as discussed in the last podcast, we focus on attachment theory and what that means for peoplein real life. Like – what are the origins of attachment styles, what is the impact of insecure attachments, and we explore some of the dynamics between anxious and avoidant attachment styles.
