Mastery of movement is the goal of each exercise but it is a pitstop in the exercise journey. The key to having any success is to continue to challenge yourself and quite simply it means to continue to make your exercises harder. “Find comfort in the discomfort” is a quote I’ve seen spackled across the interwebs and “Embrace the Suck” is one the military drilled into my head and its all true. There is a minimum effective dose so this is not a call to go B2W (Balls to the Wall). Let’s discuss the basic principles of progressing your exercises.
