Dear Sister Girl,
I am writing about my job. I have what one would consider a good job. It has fair pay, good benefits, and some room for advancement. I do extremely well with my responsibilities and work with a dynamic team. My challenge is I no longer enjoy my work. I am very grateful for what I have learned and the opportunities I have experienced. Presently, I am looking to more clearly identify my dream so I can step out in a new direction. My family and friends think it is ridiculous to quit such a cushy job. They do not see the ever changing last minute demands and the complete collapse of my work/life balance–all with little reward. I feel exhausted physically and emotionally. When is it time to go?
