“Brady, I've been on a roller coaster with my health for YEARS! I get in these moods where I'm in the gym every day for 1-2 hours a day. I am eating near perfect all the time and I always get great results but after I do I lose all motivation and end up at square one. I don't know how to stay motivated for long periods of time. What do you do to stay so motivated? What's your secret?”
