Our newest episode of Motivation Monday is live!

On this week's episode of Motivation Monday Kait and Henoc dive into the discussion of summer, they touch on how wonderful it is to see everyone come out and spend time together, the importance of building you confidence up especially in the summer when it's way too hot to hide behind our sweaters and long pants.

These two encourage confidence and love for yourself and others, they give appreciation to the hard work it takes not only to put the work into how you show up, but also the drive it takes to not give up on achieving that goal for yourself you have. It's not easy and we're proud of you!!
