I was finding various reports on when Jackie and Sydney met & got married, but good ol' ancestry.com came to the rescue and cleared some of my questions up nicely.

Jacqueline's name was Winstanley from her previous marriage, her maiden name was Brown. She gave birth to Brian Mark Blackwell in May 1986. Her and Sydney got married in November of 1987 when Brian was 1. They lived on Sandy Lane, Melling, number 11.
