Episode 20 of the Talking Floorball Podcast is another interview but this time with Finnish referee Tom Kirjonen! Tom is hanging up his whistle and retiring from being a Floorball referee at the end of this season, with the U19 WFC in Lahti being his last tournament.
Alongside referee partner Jyrki Sirkka, Tom has been on the top level of domestic and international level for refereeing for several years with the pair being the WFC 2019 final referee pair in Switzerland. Tom speaks with us about his journey through Floorball, starting off in Finland and all his experiences both domestically and internationally.
