You don’t have to fake it until you make it, you don’t have to push aside how you feel to beam positivity, and you certainly don’t have to be okay just because others don’t understand what you’re going through. You’re allowed to not be okay, and it’s better to let yourself feel than to deny yourself the opportunity to heal through it
