About this listen
As a child Jim was insecure with a low self-image and had suffered from childhood abuse. Being riddled with guilt, this shy kid turned to trying to gain identity and self-worth through excelling in academics and athletics and by becoming a people pleaser. When these efforts didn't satisfy, his brokenness lead to his openness to Jesus and the life changing encounter that still satisfies to this day.
