Master Sergeant William Henderson has been in the U.S. Army for over 18 years, formerly active duty and current member of the National Guard, who worked as an interrogator within the Intelligence apparatus through deployments to both Iraq and Afghanistan.
In this episode William discusses his experiences in the army as well as some of the injuries he sustained and how he's dealt with them. He also gets into how much improving physically has helped with aspects of mental health.
Along with military experience, William has produced his own podcast called Relentless Fitness and participated extensively in CrossFit.
