To take a look at a very tiny part of the huge impact Rob Reiner made on American TV and movies, Erika takes a look at an episode of All in the Family, season 7, episode 15 "The Draft Dodger," and also explores the priceless treasure The Princess Bride.

Erika focuses on the sci-fi dystopian K-drama Goodbye Earth (종말의 바보), in which a South Korean town awaits the asteroid crash which will kill anyone in the vicinity.

Today we look at Jab We Met, a Bollywood musical from 2007, about a talkative woman and a depressed businessman falling in love, and the 2023/24 K-drama Tell Me That You Love Me {사랑한다고 말해줘), a gentle romance involving an aspiring actress breaking down the barriers a deaf painter has put up.

Today we have another hodgepodge of titles: the movies A Long Walk (2025), The Adventure (奇遇 ) (2025), The Ugly (얼굴) (2025), and the short-form drama A Stormy Marriage.(2025).

Today Erika takes a look back on the 2021 K-Drama She Would Never Know (선배, 그 립스틱 바르지 마요) and three movies: The Fox With Nine Tails ( 구미호) from 1994, The Day He Arrives (북촌 방향) from 2011, and Pietà (피에타) from 2012.

What do they have in common? Almost nothing, except that they are South Korean works and none of them were what Erika expected them to be.
