En el que portem d’hivern només hem tingut tres episodis de neu, intercalats a més amb episodis de pluja, vent i altes temperatures. Tot plegat ha fet que actualment el mantell nival faci 50 cm, menys d’un 10% del que s’acumula un hivern normal. Tot i la poca precipitació, les estacions a Andorra han pogut obrir més d’un 60% les seves instal·lacions gràcies a la producció de neu artificial.
