A Maine lawyer was reprimanded for bartering legal services in exchange for unspecified excavation services and a 2009 Audi.

A Tennessee lawyer was suspended for 30 days for failing to provide competent representation to a client she had been dating on-and-off for 10 years.

(4)  FIGHTING WITH MY FAMILY (Worst Temper in a Non-Legal Setting)

A Kansas lawyer was suspended for at least one year for aggressive actions towards his ex-wife, father-in-law, current wife and step daughter.
