Welcome to the Exist in Bliss podcast. I’m Cas, certified yoga teacher, and this space is where I get to teach the real magic of yoga - the practice of living a life full of love, compassion, joy and peace. We'll use tools and inspiration from ancient yoga teachings as well as Buddhism, the Tao, Ayurveda, nature, movement medicine, nutrition - anything that helps us improve the way we relate to ourselves and the world around us is a part of following a yogic path, so we will be exploring tools from a variety of different teachings in this space.
