As a native of Maui here are some thoughts I had related to the Maui fires in August. [ hawai'i past & present ] This module weaves together Hawai'i's historical past with the mystical present. Linking mythology, natural elements, political and spiritual pieces in how it shaped the Hawai'i we know today.

[ ohana ] Exploring āina's ties through place-based learning: 'Ohana = bliss, breath, shared work— these are the keys to sustainable, expanded, healthier global families.

[ ʻāina based learning ] Here we visit places around Hawai'i that are ALIVE. We learn from the āina, the mythological stories, the diversity, from the elements. Honoring the Lani, the Honua and everything in between.

+ 4 weekly ʻōlelo hawaiʻi group tutoring sessions to help you along your hawaiian language journey.
