  • Balancing the Triple T's: Time, Talent & Treasure - Matt Haas and Brandon Grable
    Jan 13 2026

In this first episode of Season 6, Brandon Grable and Matthew Haas from Wisdom Wealth discuss the delicate balance between financial stewardship and faith. Brandon emphasizes the importance of maintaining financial health while being generous, using the analogy of securing one's own oxygen mask before assisting others. He advises prioritizing saving and tithing to ensure stability before extending generosity. Matt complements this by highlighting Biblical principles which encourage wise use of resources. He believes that giving and saving are both essential and Biblically supported. Together, they share their journeys of integrating professional careers with active ministry involvement, underscoring the blessings that come from serving others, and living out one's faith in everyday interactions.

    About Brandon:

A passionate financial advisor, Brandon is dedicated to helping clients achieve financial clarity and peace of mind. With 10 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, and retirement strategies, he is committed to offering personalized solutions that reflect each client’s unique goals.

Brandon believes in a client-first philosophy, working closely with individuals, families, and business owners to empower them to make informed and confident financial decisions. Whether it’s comprehensive retirement planning, investment strategies, or charitable giving, Brandon ensures that every recommendation aligns with his clients’ core values and long-term aspirations.

Brandon enjoys leading worship at his church and spending quality time with his wife, Veronica, and their three children—Everett, Eden, and Nora. His approach to wealth management is rooted in a belief that financial success should align with life’s deeper purposes.

    About Matt:

With over 25 years of experience, Matt is deeply committed to helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals. With a strong foundation in banking, merchant services, real estate, life insurance, and financial planning, he takes pride in offering comprehensive financial solutions that align with his clients’ values.

Matt began his career at Bank of America, where he spent 14 years serving business customers and personal clients. After transitioning into financial advising in 2015, he has spent the last decade helping people make wise financial decisions by developing personalized strategies that emphasize stewardship, service, and financial wisdom.

A graduate of Ouachita Baptist University with a degree in Business Administration, Matt also earned his MBA with a focus on Finance from the University of Memphis. Since 1995, he has called central Arkansas home, where he and his wife, D’Lisa, raise their three children—Owen, Katie, and Hudson.

  • The Stewardship Advantage - Brian Holtz
    Dec 17 2025

Listen as Brian Holtz, CEO of Compass Financial Ministry, delves into the intersection of faith and finances. Join us as we explore the spiritual dimensions of financial stewardship and how you can be empowered to grow closer to Jesus by understanding and applying Biblical principles to your financial life. He reflects on the challenges and rewards of integrating faith into financial decisions and advocates for a heart-centered approach to money management. Through personal anecdotes and scriptural insights, Brian will inspire you to view your professional and personal finances as tools for advancing God's kingdom.

    About Brian:

Brian Holtz was raised “going to church,” but walked away from God in his teenage years. God called him back in his mid-20s around the time he met Erica, who had a similar story.

Married in 2007, they lived like most Americans do, not extravagantly but not intentionally. In 2010, also like many Americans, the financial crisis led Brian and Erica, along with their newborn son, to turn in desperation to God for financial help and guidance. He provided for them then and has continued to ever since.

Brian and Erica, along with their four children (Weston, Barrett, Rowan, and Eden), have learned to faithfully apply God’s principles to their lives and are passionate about helping others do the same.

In his role, Brian applies learnings from his 15 years of cross-functional corporate experience to ensure the most efficient and effective use of the resources God has provided.

Brian is also the author of Financial Discipleship for Families, a book published by Compass to help parents and grandparents intentionally raise faithful children.
