February is the start of your first quest. We're going to be on a hybrid fasting schedule: Sunday: OMAD (One meal a day, two to five-hour eating window) Monday: OMAD Tuesday: All day fast (36 to 40 hr fast) Wednesday: Feast day (8 to 12 hr eating window) Thursday: All day fast Friday: Feast day Saturday: OMAD February 1 is a Thursday, which will be an all-day fast. We can start the month off with a bang! If you are new to fasting, or have no idea what I'm talking about, I highly recommend starting off your fasting journey by reading Gin Stephen's books.
