In this episode, I draw upon Edith Eva Eger's book The Choice. She recently turned 98 and is a Holocaust survivor. She likens our struggles to prisons we build within our minds that hold us back from being all that we could be. I then refer to Elder Jeffrey R. Holland's funeral and refer to his talk "The Best is Yet to Come." It's a new year, and we need to allow ourselves to make important new beginnings.
