In this episode, I share what’s been going on for me over the past few months—feeling disconnected from myself after stepping away from meditation and yoga due to a shoulder injury.
I tried to record a podcast about meditation multiple times, but nothing felt right. I kept overthinking it, starting over, and getting frustrated.
But something unexpected happened because of that.
After hours of reflecting and trying to put my experience into words, I found myself reconnecting to my body in a way I hadn’t in months. I chose food in alignment without forcing it, and I stopped when I was satisfied.
That’s when I realized… talking about meditation became the meditation.
This episode is about losing connection, finding it again, and how awareness—not perfection—is what actually creates change.
