Marc Allen started what was supposed  to be a short walk to a friends house on the evening of March 29.1986.  He was never seen again. Several years earlier two boys around the same age disappeared while delivering newspapers in the early hours. Marc's disappearance  is just as baffling today as it was 36 years ago.
