Here are a few thoughts from this episode:
- As pastors, we are in the people development business.
- Practice is what happens before rehearsal. Practice is where you prepare your part and prepare your heart. Rehearsal is where we put the pieces together.
- At some point in your ministry you will find there is someone under your leadership who is more anointed than you are. Learn to lead them well.
