  • Watching Mothers in Public: What I Didn’t See Coming
    Jan 25 2026

In this episode, I take you behind the scenes of a street campaign I carried out in Bristol, where I stopped mothers in public space and asked one simple, unexpected question:

“What would you say to another mum who feels she’s lost herself?”

    This episode isn’t about solutions.

    It’s about the moment itself.

    I share:

    • Why I felt called to take this question into public space

    • The deeply personal experience that first made me aware of how invisible motherhood can feel

    • What it was like to stand on the street and ask this question — and what happened before the answers came

    • The pause, the silence, and the visible shift in breath, eyes, and body when mothers were asked something they didn’t expect

    • Three simple observations I noticed across conversations — without analysing or explaining what they mean

    • How this experience shifted my own instinct to move quickly into meaning-making, and why I’m choosing witnessing over explaining for now

This was a pilot campaign, not a finished project.

And this episode reflects the position I’m standing in right now: a witness who is beginning to notice patterns, but choosing to stay close to the human moment rather than rush into conclusions.

At the end of the episode, I invite you to sit with the same question yourself — not for me, not for the project, but for what happens in you when you hear it.

This episode is for you if you’re craving something slower, more human, and more spacious — and if you know the feeling of disappearing in motherhood, even when everything looks “fine” from the outside.

  • What Seven Mothers in Bristol Revealed About Being Seen
    Jan 18 2026

In this episode, I take you behind the scenes of my Bristol street campaign — where I asked seven mothers one question:

“What would you say to another mum who feels she’s lost herself?”

Their answers revealed powerful patterns about identity, overwhelm, and visibility in motherhood.

    We explore:

💬 The phrases nearly every mother repeated

    “It gets easier.”

    “You’ll find yourself again.”

Why this comfort is also a cultural script — and what it reveals about the lack of support mothers receive now.

🔥 Three core themes from the conversations

Using their exact words, I share what mothers told me about overwhelm, identity blur, and the lifeline of connection.

👁 Why mothers feel lost — and why it’s not personal

    Identity isn’t disappearing.

It’s being suffocated by lack of space, witnessing, and visibility.

    🧩 Visibility as identity oxygen

How the campaign confirmed my biggest belief:

mothers don’t need to wait for life to get easier —

    they need to be seen.

🔬 The Observer Effect of motherhood

A simple metaphor that explains why mothers sharpen when witnessed, and blur when they’re not.

🎥 What’s next for The Firestarter Question

How this project is expanding, where to watch the clips, and what future episodes will unpack about matrescence and visibility.

This isn’t an episode about “losing yourself.”

It’s about what happens when a mother’s inner world is finally acknowledged and honoured.

  • The Secret to Authentic Visibility? Seeing Yourself First.
    Oct 11 2025

In this spontaneous episode (recorded in the quiet before preschool pick-up), I share raw reflections about what visibility really means — beyond the nervous system, beyond Human Design, beyond strategy.

Because before you can be seen out there…

you have to learn to see yourself first.

    We explore:

💭 Why visibility begins in your own eyes

Before content plans, before strategy — it starts with acknowledging your worth, skills, and lived experience.

💡 How early experiences shape how we “receive” success

I share a childhood story that shaped my belief that I didn’t deserve to receive success — and how that pattern quietly echoed in business, motherhood, and money.

💰 Why visibility and receiving are connected

The way you receive love, money, rest, and even responsibility mirrors how you receive visibility.

If you don’t feel worthy of being seen, you’ll unconsciously block what’s trying to find you.

⚡️ The difference between managing and receiving

So many of us say “I’m managing money,” “I’m managing motherhood,” “I’m managing my time.”

But true power comes when you stop managing — and start receiving.

    🧘‍♀️ A gentle challenge:

This week, see your life through the lens of receiving.

How do you receive your ambition? Your rest? Your role as a mother and a business owner?

This episode isn’t about visibility as performance.

    It’s about visibility as self-recognition.

Because before the world can see your brilliance — you have to see it too.
