In Episode 5 of Fishing is a Simulation, the fishing focus is wintertime patterns. Most fish slow down and their forage changes, usually to smaller options like shrimp, crabs, and smaller baitfish. This changes your fishing approach and you have to adapt to be successful when the water cools off. Then, the conversation shifts to our scary oceans. With so much unexplored area, there are still so many animals that we don't know about. There may even be some "extinct" animals still swimming around down there.

In Episode 4 of Fishing is a Simulation, the main topics are fishing gear and more bigfoot. Andrew and Branson discuss their, inshore, offshore, and fly fishing gear that they use and why they use it. Branson has expensive tastes, but Andrew is a little more down to earth with his picks.

n this third episode of Fishing is a Simulation, Andrew and Branson take it back to high school. Growing up pond hopping in the neighborhood, sneaking around the golf course at night, and building forts in the woods. The golf course at night can be a place to see some weird stuff, as Branson and Andrew discuss "Briefcase Man." Hey, he may be in the Bohemian Grove for all we know.

In this opening episode, Andrew and Branson discuss growing up fishing in the Tampa Bay Area. This area offers such a unique fishing experience with two wildly different habitats just a few miles apart: Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Then, they move on to the Native Americans (Tocobagas) that were in this area before the Spanish invaded. They may have had some interaction with the Skunk Ape
