Jumping back into the world of professional wedding photography after two years of massive personal growth led me to record this, in a moment of pure inspiration on the way to my first wedding of the season. This episode is my way of sitting with every bride on the morning of her wedding, and helping her to feel fully grounded and present on the most anticipated day of her life. Some books move you to your core, and you can't explain why. Little Weirds by Jenny Slate was one of those books for me.
In today's episode I read an excerpt as a small meditation for your day. Words are all we have, and I am in awe when certain sentences have the ability to give us a glimpse of how feeble and powerful they can be at the exact same time. 

While I work on Season 2, I want to keep the channel of learning and discovery open on this channel. So, today is our 1st Flow First Friday, a monthly installment, and in it I am sharing an podcast episode that I think everyone needs to hear. I have been working with Coach Bayla one on one for over 6 months, and she has radically changed my life. I am so thrilled to share one of my favorite episodes with you today, which is titled "The Reason We Don’t Have More Time Is Because We Treat It Like Our Enemy. Here’s How to Fix That."

We all complain about time. We say we don't have enough of it. But what if we could change that thought? In this episode, Bayla forces us to look deeper- at our relationship with time, and how the results we get directly correlate to that relationship.
