Ok so truth is we didn’t think we were going to be able to record a podcast this week due to scheduling, however we did manage to find time the day before the podcast was due to go out and decided to just “check in” and see what came up

Unlike our usual episodes this one, with no structured conversation or talking points surprisingly still managed to bring up some important talking points around the gym, scheduling and Ciaran being anal probed by aliens!
