    Welcome to the introductory Episode of The Freestyle Club Podcast. The Freestyle Club—GoFundMe—Episode 1 discusses crowdfunding after we briefly introduce ourselves to the listening audience. Radio Personality CPR Jose Ortiz, Freestyle Recording Artists Angel Mena, WEB/Podcast enthusiast, and Life-Long Freestyle Fan Da Unknown Admin break down our vision for the show. Each with our unique perspectives, we hope to bring something different to the subject matters we tackle within the Freestyle Community. The Freestyle Club: GoFundMe with Angel Mena Episode 1 examines the use of GoFundMe in Freestyle. Freestyle artists, producers, record labels, deejays, etc., have recently started using GoFundMe. Many are using it to finance their Freestyle projects. For example, Freestyle recording artist Lissette Melendez uses a GoFundMe campaign to fund her latest project. Record labels use crowdfunding sites such as Qrates as a presale tool to press vinyl. Additionally, FB Live Shows and iRadio Stations are using GoFundMe to support their shows and stations, while deejays are also using GoFundMe to purchase and/or replace deejay equipment. Freestyle News And Hot Pick Of The Week Tune in as we each give our opinions on the current hot topics and events currently in Freestyle. We also pick a track each week that we consider to be noteworthy. Freestyle News WCPRFM Station: CPR updates the audience on the status of his station. This mix features two mixes, one from The Santana Twins and the second mix features legendary producer Carlos “After Dark” Berrios Edit Mix. ERNESTO SANTANA: One of the turning points that made my brother and I fall in love with music was the SuperMix on KTU in the 80’s with Paco. So we decided it’s time to shake things up in the DJ world in 2018. We have reached out to a few friends to help us in our new endeavor. You might have heard them play music if you lived in NYC during the 80’s and 90’s. Carlos Berrios, Aldo Marin, Albert Cabrera, Frankie Cutlass, Roman Ricardo, Juan Kato, Baron Lopez, Norty Cotto, Dj Paradise, James Anthony, Dave the One Mendez, DJ Smooth One, Mike Cee, etc etc. We also asked quite a few DJs friends who are currently doing their thing on Facebook and iradio stations.
