 Welcome to the Fresh Outta Jail Podcast! I created this right after I got out of jail to tell my story & maybe help someone in the process. I lost everything when I went to prison because of my pain pill addiction. I deal with pain due to a back issue, but I tell more of my story in my second episode. I battle with things like anxiety, depression, & addiction. I talk about a variety of topics that I think most of you can relate to. I promote a healthy lifestyle & I love to grow my own food.     Exactly one year ago today I was released from prison & I can remember it like it was yesterday. But I am doing so much better now mentally than I was at that time in my life. In my next episode I'll talk about my prison experience. I hope you guys are staying up out there, I'll see you next time!

    Exactly 35 years ago I was born into this crazy world, & it has been a wild ride. I am thankful to be alive this year, I am glad to have some of my freedom back, & I should be able to drive again soon so everything is finally coming together! Let's all work on ourselves & make our lives the best that we can. This time last year I was sitting in prison & today I am dating the most beautiful woman that I have ever dated, I am doing good now. Take care, I'll see you guys next time!
