About this listen
Hello, lovely listeners!
Today I'm talking about technology, or more like anti-technology. I take you through an article I read on Friction-Maxxing (which you can read here), along with some YouTube Videos I watched about how being chronocially offline is the new cool (watch here) and how we no longer have hobbies for pleasure (watch here).
I also talk about how I no longer want to contribute to brain rot by creating short-form content and will therefore be focusing on long-form content, i.e. YouTube and Substack, especially slow content, which I definitely didn't coin but am pretending I invented. I define slow content as content on social media that motivates or gives the audience permission to unplug from social media through embracing boredom or reading. I'm going to infiltrate the system from the inside!!
Anyways, I hope after listening to this, you think about your relationship with technology!
