  • 6 Days Of Fires (it was hectic!) and 3 lessons to manage inner fire & avoid burnout
    Jan 15 2026

What began as a distant plume of smoke quickly became days of uncertainty, sleepless nights and a community on edge as fires burned nearby.

In this episode, I share what it was like to live through that experience and the powerful metaphors it revealed. From watching the land burn to witnessing extraordinary community response and a collective sigh of relief, this moment opened deeper reflections on burnout, chronic fatigue and the warning signs we so often miss.

We explore how disconnection from nature mirrors our disconnection from the body, how the nervous system responds to threat and trauma, and why untended inner fire can quietly turn into burnout. I also speak to the feminine wisdom of listening sooner, grounding into the body, and learning how to work with our life force rather than pushing against it.

This is a reflective, embodied conversation for anyone feeling depleted, on edge, or longing to return to vitality, ease and flow.

  • Do You Know This Person?
    Jan 3 2026

In this episode, I share a story that mirrors the inner experience of so many of the exhausted, high-functioning clients I work with — people who look capable on the outside yet feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and depleted beneath the surface.

You'll also learn about the surprising reason why their bodies seem to just shut down on them as well as what steps to take going forward.

This episode reframes exhaustion and burnout as a meaningful signal from the body — and an invitation into a different way of being rooted in nourishment, connection, vitality and ease.

I see you. You are not alone.

  • Letter to All Exhausted Perfectionists. Yes, It May Be You!
    Dec 15 2025

In this episode I share something I wrote about the hidden link between perfectionism, nervous system overload, and chronic fatigue.

Perfectionism often doesn’t look extreme. It feels normal and even necessary. But beneath it lies a deep attachment to worth, safety and belonging that it supposedly brings

Even when success comes, it rarely feels enough — and the body eventually pays the price.

Drawing from my personal journey and clinical experience, I unpack how perfectionism keeps the nervous system stuck in overdrive, why so many capable, high-functioning women feel like imposters, and how chronic fatigue can become the body’s invitation to slow down and recalibrate.

This episode reframes burnout and exhaustion not as failure, but as a call to soften impossible standards, reconnect with your true self, and learn what “enough” really feels like.

If your body feels like it has hit the brakes and rest feels unfamiliar or unsafe, this conversation is for you.
