In the very first episode of 'Aao Sune.n', I bring before you one of my favourite stories, 'Ghoonghat', written by a prominent Urdu writer, Ismat Chugtai. This story is simple, easy on the ears, yet deeply tantilises you. Chugtai was an Indian Urdu novelist, short story writer, and filmmaker. She had a distinct voice in Urdu literature. Her work reflects realism. She is well known for her stories 'Lihaf' and 'Tedhi Lakeer'.
