• How Do You Treat Yourself?
    May 27 2026

In this episode of GROW180 Talks, we step away from the constant pressure to produce, perform, and pour into everyone else to ask a deeper question:

    How do you treat yourself?

After recently returning from a trip with my daughter, I found myself reflecting on rest, renewal, and the importance of slowing down long enough to actually enjoy life.

So many women know how to work hard, sacrifice, care for others, and carry responsibility but struggle to care for themselves with the same intentionality.

    In this conversation, we explore:

    • Why rest is stewardship, not laziness
    • The emotional impact of constantly living in survival mode
    • Learning to slow down and create margin in your life
    • Enjoying the fruit of your labor without guilt
    • Mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness
    • Why the way you treat yourself matters

We also discuss the importance of pacing your life intentionally instead of constantly operating in urgency and exhaustion.

Because sometimes we get so busy building life… that we forget to actually live it.

    🔍 Reflection:

Do you allow yourself to rest, breathe, and enjoy your life or are you constantly pouring out without refilling yourself?

  • Relationships: What Makes a Relationship Holy
    Apr 14 2026

In this episode of GROW180 Talks, we close out the “Healthy, Happy, Holy” relationship series by exploring the final and most foundational element: holy.

We’ve talked about what it means to build relationships that are healthy and emotionally grounded, and how happiness is a personal responsibility….but there is another layer that determines the longevity and alignment of any relationship.

    Holiness.

In this episode, we unpack what it truly means for a relationship to be set apart and aligned with God, not just based on connection, chemistry, or convenience.

    We explore:

    • What “holy” really means in the context of relationships
    • Biblical examples of relationships rooted in loyalty, integrity, and purpose
    • The importance of being equally yoked and aligned spiritually
    • How to recognize whether a relationship is pulling you closer to God or further away
    • Why not every good or enjoyable relationship is meant to be maintained

This conversation brings clarity to the difference between relationships that feel good and relationships that are truly aligned.

    Key reminder:

Just because it feels good doesn’t mean it’s God.

As we close out this series, this episode challenges you to evaluate your relationships through a deeper lens, not just emotional or relational, but spiritual.

    Reflection:

Is this relationship aligned with who God is calling me to be?

    • How our relationship with God has grown and shaped how we show up today
    • Walking through grief and loss, and the role friendship plays in those moments

  • Relationships: Happiness Is a Choice, Not a Condition
    Mar 17 2026

In this episode of GROW180 Talks, we continue the conversation on relationships by exploring the second of the three H’s: happy.

Many people believe happiness comes from being in the “right” relationship or being around the “right” people. But the truth is, happiness is not something someone else is responsible for, it’s something we choose and cultivate within ourselves.

In this episode, we talk about:

    • Why happiness is an internal responsibility
    • How culture and social media distort what happiness looks like
    • The danger of expecting others to “make you happy”
    • How constant irritation and nitpicking can affect relationships
    • Why healthy relationships are necessary to sustain happiness

We also explore the balance between personal responsibility and environment, because while happiness starts within, unhealthy relationships can drain your joy over time.

    Key reminder:

You are responsible for your happiness and also responsible for the environments you remain in.

If you’ve ever felt like your happiness depended on someone else, or found yourself drained in relationships, this episode will give you clarity and perspective.

  • Relationships: Healthy Before Happy
    Mar 10 2026

In this episode of GROW180 Talks, we continue the conversation on relationships by exploring the first of the three H’s: healthy.

Many people want relationships that feel happy, peaceful, and fulfilling. But too often we try to build happiness on foundations that are not healthy. When boundaries are unclear, communication is avoided, or one person carries the emotional weight, relationships can become unhealthy.

Healthy relationships require honesty, respect, and the courage to address what isn’t working.

In this episode, we talk about:

    • Why healthy must come before happy
    • How people-pleasing and fear of conflict can create unhealthy dynamics
    • The difference between grace and boundaries

If you’ve ever felt drained, responsible for everyone’s emotions, or afraid to speak honestly in a relationship, this conversation will challenge and encourage you.

Healthy relationships create the space where growth, joy, and partnership can flourish!

  • From Reset to Relationships | Season 2 Kickoff
    Mar 3 2026

    Season 2 is here!

Over the past six weeks, I had the honor of walking a group of incredible women through the Faith + Purpose Life Reset and it was powerful.

In this episode, I’m reflecting on what we focused on during the Reset, and what I witnessed as clarity, confidence, and structure began to take root.

We walked through identity, gifts and talents, alignment, vision, habits, and execution, not just in theory, but in real, practical ways that created momentum.

It reminded me of something important:

Clarity changes how you show up.

And when you grow, everything around you feels it.

This episode also introduces what’s ahead for Season 2, a deeper focus on Healthy, Happy, Holy relationships across friendships, business partnerships, workplace dynamics, and more.

Because purpose doesn’t exist in isolation. It lives inside relationships.

    I’m so glad you’re here.

    Let’s grow.
