The committee says the bill is backed by a broad group of schools, conferences, leagues, and Olympic-sport advocates, while Chairman Ted Cruz framed it as a “fourth-down” moment for college athletics.

Then we shift to the trail, where FSU recruiting is moving faster than Ryan’s emotional stability after one practice clip.
