The rise of the retail trader. Here was a off the cuff response to what was happening with GameStop back in earlier in the year of 2021. I take a limited understanding of how I viewed the market dynamics occurring at the time. Some of the understanding about how stocks work and what certain companies did or didn't do because of regulations are not perfectly accurate, and in coming episodes I will amend that, however this is a recording that had originally meant to air at the time as contextual commentary. It is perhaps the start of my fascination with the design and order of financial markets and products.
